Ingredients

2 bags of frozen sweet corn

1 red onion

2 jalapenos (diced with seeds removed) 

½ cup cilantro chopped 

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons lime juice 

1 teaspoon crushed sea salt 

Execution

Defrost your sweet corn according to the instructions on the package, then let the corn cool while you prepare the other ingredients.

Dice the red onion and jalapenos. Chop the cilantro.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl then add in the lemon and lime juice. Mix well.

 Top with crushed sea salt and enjoy with tortilla chips or on a burrito bowl!
